Brooke Hallen, MBA, LNHA
Physicians Practice Manager
Brooke is the manager for Abbott Northwestern Hospitalists and is a member of Executive Council. She is also the manager for the Abbott Northwestern Critical Care Service.
Experience
Brooke started her career in post-acute care as a licensed nursing home administrator where she was responsible for over 200 skilled nursing beds and assisted living apartments. She opened and operated brand new facilities and oversaw everything from construction progress to marketing, hiring and managing of staff, state surveys, to licensing through the many regulatory boards including CMS. Her last position was operating a new transitional care unit inside a hospital, which is when she realized she wanted to stay in the hospital environment. Brooke has been a part of the ANW Hospitalist team since November 2018.

Interests
Brooke enjoys strategic planning, process improvement, team collaboration, and project management. Outside of business, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends at her cabin in Wisconsin. She also enjoys yoga, running, outdoor activities, traveling, and is always up for an adventure.
